Idk but from what I’ve discovered cloak now seems to act as a 2nd evasion with magic immunity and it’s king of broken.
Cause they seem to dodge everything with cloak up but without evasion up.

You can sap and clone cap still. They just have to be on the flag.
Also even before the cc change only bad players would get sap/blind capped.
Because cloak gives them 100% dodge if they take the PvP talent.

I tested this, and spell damage will not interrupt capping when cloak is up. The game won’t let you cap during the first second of cloak, but you can cap for the last 4 seconds of cloak which is enough time in bg blitz
I sap / blind capped vs rank 1 rbg’ers lol. Its a skill. Granted the bad ones are easier but still. And “have to be right on flag” only people who are bad are getting capped on in a normal BG by a sap lol

I warned BlizZard that putting Evasion into Cloak PVP talent would be dumb.
Oh well.
I have seen immortal tanks this week so what is new with WoW PVP.
Aoe spells like blizzard and AE break caps and are not stopped by smoke bomb.

I am generally on the warlock so i just set up a minion…but there was a lot of people talking for a while about aoe spells not working at flags so that’s good to know thank you
