The combo point display under my name plate/player frame is accurate but the one on my target frame is always incorrect. This really sucks because the target frame combo point display is the most intuitive to use.
I have reset the UI and this keeps happening immediately after reset and does not rectify the issue.

Seconding this: I did a full UI reset, removed all mods, etc. and the floating combo points (and animacharged combo point) don’t update (filling or clearing) consistently. The player frame display is always correct, though.
Been an issue since DF beta started, I’d recommend just trying a weak aura or nameplate replacement addon for the time being. The new UI is cool and everything but it’s bugged beyond belief.
This is still an ongoing issue. Its happening right now in game.
