Currently, trying to enter the class hall will transform the player, giving them the “Time Displaced Veil” buff. Invisible walls stop the player from moving through the hallway into the rogue class hall proper, and using creative terrain exploits like grappeling hook will get the player inside an instanced version of the class hall, where none of the usual items are interactable (mission table, artifact table ,etc) The bug seems to be related to an unreleased quest involving the NPC Amber Kearnen, and is affecting all rogue players regardless of their Legion leveling progression…

Well. I was going to get on my rogue today to do the campaign and get the mounts. lol.
I had the same idea for my characters. Most of them aren’t as messed up as the Rogue Class Hall, but a lot of them are blocked because Khadgar doesn’t seem to appear thanks to some combination of the prepatch events. I can’t unlock world quests to continue the Class Hall questlines.
Almost got my mage mount, since I’d already unlocked world quests, only to find out one of the quests involves Khadgar…
Please fix ASAP, Blizz. This is a hard stop on playing my Rogue alt. I rolled the Rogue to acquire the class hall pet and mount. Now this bug is stopping that entirely. I can’t complete mission quests, because the mission board is unavailable. And I can’t complete the Deciphering the Letter quest, because the interact-able item is unavailable.
Paladin class hall campaign is also stuck because of Khadgar not turning in quests (The falling star quest, for example).
Came here hoping to find a solution, but it looks like at least this isn’t a unique problem for myself specifically. Trying to level a rogue in Legion timewalking and this is a major barrier to that currently. Hope they fix this soon!
I was able to get in going through a different entrance like the cheese shop, however I am stuck on the quest Deciphering the Letter and the item was not on the table to turn the quest in. I put in a ticket with the GM’s to report that I was stuck on a quest and they directed me here. I can’t post the picture but I know the item is supposed to be on the table and it isn’t showing up. Don’t understand why there is an option to put in a ticket if their response will be to just come to this forum. >.>
