Rogue’s shiv and master poisoner are removing 36% haste values which also affect gcds.
Seems like when fighting an assa rogue, not only do they have uncontrollable damage and cc they also make you do 36% less damage against them since this probably also affects bleed and dots. Not to mention healer gcds
