Check out the wowhead article for Rogue buffs and mage nerfs.

Looks like the Devs missed the mark a bit, buffed a bit of AOE, ok cool.
Buffed Ambush but not Garrote. . . Not sure if they know weve been prioritizing Garrote instead of Ambush because of the design weve had for a long time. I think I was just expecting more.

Got some buffs that require prerequisites in there like, when you use X your next cast of Y is mildly stronger, ok cool. I dont turn my nose up to a free gift, but if the gift is a ham sandwich and I was expecting something a bit nicer I just have to fake smile and say thank you I suppose.

On one hand, they buffed the combo point generators and proc chances for Outlaw, which is a solution.

I get the feeling we’re expected to be energy starved most of the time while relying on RNG to smooth out the gaps.
