His 42k health vs my 32k health
I had my Fleshcraft up and used my Unending resolve on his opener.
I stunned him with my pet
He trinketed
Proceeded to kill me in 5 seconds flat.
I couldn’t even port
I didn’t like this
He didn’t even buy me dinner…
Edit: Also had my passive demon skin for 5k shield

That’s because you’re doing pvp wrong. I’m 500+ honor level and can share a few tips with you:
Step 1: Go to Oribos, then go to the upper level and jump into the maw.
Step 2: Do all the maw content for the day
Step 3: Do torghast, both sides. Do it multiple times even.
Step 4: fist pump the air because that was exhilarating content that everyone loves and hopes they continue to put lots of time into developing.
See? No rogue problems
Lol it’s not that he was a rogue vs he had 40k hp which means 226+ ilvl so compared to you, he has the BG berserking buff at all times with more hp. Almost any class at full gear will stomp on your dreams right now.
It’s gear disparity. Simple as that.
This is true. I wouldn’t expect to beat a rogue that is 29 ilvls above me. Heck, I can hardly beat them on an even playing field.
All I’m saying is with a 12,777 shield and resolve on, nobody at level 60 should be deleting me in 5 seconds.
That is simply too much burst for a class that comes out of stealth.
Shame on you. Did you not trinket > coil this? Should have been able to live for at least another 3 seconds!
Totally kidding. Yeah, the gear disparity is terrible this season. If I see a demo lock I’m going to offensively cloak before stun locking and bursting.
Give up on SL PVP. They clearly don’t care about correcting the issues that it has. Just wait until TBC comes out in a few weeks.

Nah. They will eventually screw that up too. This companies track record of breaking things is out of this world. I’m going to enjoy my summer of Canadian beer and gardening.

They can, and they did. They changed the entire PvP arena system and instead of starting at 1500 rating, we would start at 0.
And gear is gated behind rating.
But if rating starts at 0 (which is a system like retail, not TBC) then arenas will be dead and full of boosters, just like retail.

Welcome to Pound Town little dude, Rogues can be especially punishing when there is a gear disparity.
If it makes you feel any better I ate a 41k HP Demonology Warlock alive in seconds 2 Skirmishes in a row on a 32k HP Havoc DH.
I got matched against them a 3rd time and his 38k HP Ret partner didn’t ignore me while trashing his Warlock like he did the 2 previous matches, and we lost. Someone should have got on that Rogue the instant he came out of stealth to peel for you.

So when I 42k rogue kills me in 5 seconds its a gear issue.
You kill a lock with 42k and you only have 32k ? It’s a what issue?
To me, sounds like certain class burst is just broken
and poor locks lol.
If I cant survive with 32k, how will I survive with 42k
