Hello yall, I’m in the search for a casual 2-3 days week raiding guild, I’m available after 9pm on weeknights and off for friday/saturday, off sunday by 5pm latest. I would like to try raid on Friday/Saturday and Sunday if possible.

Was mythic raider in Legion so pushing in mythic raid is a huge plus for me. I’m located on west coast so I rather to use PST time unless your guild is a late night raider. I can also possible considering morning as well.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 holy paladin, 1 disc priest, 1 ranged dps. 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer ww/bm. Potentially 1 stud melee player. Anyone talented regardless of class/spec will be considered. Do not be shy to apply even if you are not one of our high priority classes.

We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.

Guild Goals: To full clear mythic uldir in a timely competitive fashion [COMPLETED; cut our US ranking in HALF] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. We set our goals and then we do what it takes to meet them. We do meet our goals. Period. We started antorus 6 months late and burned our way through cutting edge Antorus. This IS a cutting edge raiding guild with structure and organization.

Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst
[Mythic] Sat/Sun 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic uldir for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. We constantly analyze logs and push for improvement. We do not settle for mediocrity in any of our members so by being a part of this guild you will become a better player and person. That’s awesome! We have some casual members and there’s normally someone doing something around. Our main focus is raiding, but we also do dungeons, pet battles, PvP, level alts, do old content. We like having people around, even if your schedule or play style mean you can’t join in raiding shenanigans. We have some “intro to raiding” nights on Wed/Sun for those who have never raided but want to try.

A little about us, we have been around for over 9 years a (little before BC) as Attack the Darkness. Before that we were Endless Dawn of Zul'jin. Our goals are to clear Heroic and push Mythic, we aren't set on getting Cutting Edge, although a handful of our players have obtained this in the past. We want to push relatively far into Mythic and if you're a player that's willing to come prepared and put in the work along with the patience for downing harder content. Then we may be the guild for you. We're mature and anti drama with a laid back but focused atmosphere. Socials/casuals are welcome.

What you can expect from us:

  • We do M+ 10's or higher for all of our raiders (and new players) each week to help us ensure steady progression.
  • Non-clique raiding group, when you join us for the first time, you're one of us, you'll be around a mature and friendly environment of focused players that are willing to help you gear and get dungeons done. We use personal loot and put up all unneeded loot for roll, so everyone has a fair shot at getting a piece they need.
  • Organization and time efficiency, we try and use our 2 hours per night to the maximum, this means we keep our raid on task and focused.
  • Pre-planned strategies for progression bosses are laid out at least 1 week ahead of time for our raiders to view and will be gone over prior to pulling.
  • We provide feasts and cauldrons for each raid, additional food and gems for those that need it.
  • Our officers do game time, store mounts and battle pet giveaways regularly, we've already done 2 so far this expansion with several winners. We use these raffles as a fun way to get the guild involved in continuing to contribute mats and resources for us to have the luxuries of flasks and feasts at every raid.

What we expect from you:

  • 90% or higher raid attendance (miss no more than 2 raids per month). If you're running late or going to miss raid let us know ahead of time via discord or our in game calendar, real life happens, as a group of working adults we all know this, just do your part on informing us ahead of time. No-shows and unannounced breaks are frowned upon and will apply towards our consideration for our 20 man roster each week when we begin Mythic.
  • Bring your own battle potions and back up flasks. We'll provide food and an initial cauldron, having your own consumables is a testament to your individual preparation for the content we're doing.
  • Have at least a general understanding of the raid encounters we're progressing. We will have our strategy available ahead of time along with raid videos, we will present the strategy at the time of raid as well as answer questions. Individual accountability is important to the overall success of the raid.
  • Have a solid understanding of your class, we aren't hardcore enough to police you but we do expect you to perform well for the content we are doing while prioritizing mechanics.
  • Having patience while progressing, some Mythic bosses require several pulls before we down them.
  • The most important thing, having a positive attitude and internet etiquette. Toxic behavior, political and religious/anti-religious conversations, hate speech, racism, homophobia, etc. is frowned upon and not allowed. We have a very diverse group of players, we put an emphasis on this because our time is spent having fun progressing with one another, not lobbying or debating controversial topics.

PVP and Social activities: We have guild RBGs on Saturday's 9-11 est along with a handful of arena players, if PVP is something you're into then we do have players that would love to have you partake. We do achievement runs and other non-progression content that all players (socials included) may partake in, alt-raids will begin and be open for everyone after progression has slowed down/ended.

  • Tanks: Low (With the right fit one of our tanks will go dps)
  • Healers: Low (Prefer Resto Druid)
  • MDPS: Low (Rogue, Ret Pally)
  • RDPS: Medium (Mage, Shadow Priest, Any Exceptional RDPS)

Crestfallen on Tichondrius is recruiting veteran and new raiders alike with a teamwork-focused mentality to join our ambitious raiding team.
