If you rocket helm someone, you cannot open on them with any stuns or it doesn’t work as long as the debuff is on them. I don’t think that is how its supposed to work. It also is the same with magic dust.
Bump. this is an issue
Not a surprise, this entire “Classic 2019” is loaded full of bugs…
I wish they had of used the original servers with the original client, it would have been a lot better and far less BS.
I’m hoping for a tourney realm with wargames and no spell batching. The dream
Dude… ANYTHING Vanilla to MoP with out this nonsense spell batching and Leeway BS and I will be happier than a hog in crap.
I helmed someone in a 2 v 1 and then later in the same fight tried to apply magic dust to keep them CCd, but it said “a more powerful spell is already active” and wouldn’t let me apply until it broke (it got resisted though =/)… Is this what your referring to???

Can a rogue not open with Cheapshot while the helm debuff is active?? if so thats def broke.
Plz fix.
The cheap shot just doesn’t stun. It doesnt miss, resist, or Immune but it still awards 2 combo points.
I have been doing some cheap shot tests and something with it is just not right… Example if a target is already stunned and you want to overlap with cheap shot it’s not possible in some situations such as if Bash is on target.
Bash and Cheapshot are on two different stun DR’s as you’re aware, but for some reason you cannot overlap them at all.
There are some other interactions with that ability that are not working as they did in vanilla, I have been asking vanilla rogues about this and they have all told me the same, there was no reason other than DR, immune, resist, or miss that cheap shot would not be applied.
I didn’t play vanilla, but charge DRing with Cheapshot feels weird to me.
Charge stun and Cheap shot are the alternate stun DR This was the Vanilla, TBC, and Wrath way things were done.
Kidney, Bash, Hammer of Justice, Concussion blow, Intimidate are on the standard stun DR. Additionally this is how Vanilla, TBC and Wrath were also handled.
Mace spec, blackout and any other RNG stun is on the “RNG stun DR”. Cant remember but I think things changed a little here in Wrath if I remember correctly because of how good mace spec became in TBC as a result of much slower PVP.
This much is authentic, but overlapping CC’s was possible in Vanilla as I remember it.
