This quest in the North Barrens, Crossroads Caravan Delivery cannot be completed , when you go to talk to Rocco he will not talk to you thus the caravan will not start and you cannot progress through to crossroads for the 5k experience on this quest.
I am standing here on an Alt with at least 4 or 5 maybe 6 others having the same issue. Tried logging off, abandoning quest several times and logging off again and disabling all addons, nothing works.
Edit: this is on my alt on Dalaran, level 18 Holy Priest
