Ritual of Ruin not proccing after 5 shards spent with mater ritualist talent 2/2 – still takes 10 shards spent on destro lock

Spec’d into ritual of ruin here as well. I get the procs but it’s not working at all. Plz fix asap this is a game changer.
Also spec’d into destro with 2 points and i have proc’s every 10shards not 5. Still needs a fix.
The innitial talent needs 15 shards to proc, not 10. This is not bugged, The real bug is in Soulburn dont count to this proc, you spend shard and dont count. A big problem and disvantage in pvp. Help to report this please!
