I know what that quote is from. Am I to assume Riot fans are just as pissed at this announcement as Blizzard fans were at that Blizzcon. Yes? No?

No, players asked Riot to make a mobile version of the game, that’s why they made It, because of popular demand. They just couldn’t let that one go without mocking Blizzard i guess
They also announced a new MMORPG, and people are presuming it will be Ghostcrawler leading the dev team.
I have a feeling Riot was intent on competing with Blizzard at one point. Now… they’re not looking to compete with Blizzard, they’re looking to replace Blizzard.

Well so far the only wise action was cancelling that Overwatch event to save Nintendo from the drama they caused

I don’t think they do, but It was pretty fun tho. I hope they make something similar on Blizzcon, something friendly.

Well they have to deal with the PR nightmare the last year had and this PR nightmare at the same time
And they already cancelled an Overwatch Event due to the backlash, Blizzcon might have some stuff cancelled has a result (most likely Q&A)
