Rise up Alliance!

No body stole your’s

The majority of the High Elves left the alliance way before WoW in fact after the 2nd war.

Even prior to that it was a reluctant alliance with the helfs giving only token support .

I’m pretty sure the reason “nothing was done about it” is that both the Horde and the Alliance were broke and destitute following the faction war, fighting a Lovecraftian Eldritch abomination, etc. Though does beg the question, where is the Ebon Blade? are they off fighting in the war too?

Plot devices that go unused in the sake of continuity of a single story line is my guess.

They should probably just delete the alliance at this point. They show they don’t care in so many different ways.

They use it as a plot device for the horde, a punching bag, and relegate their experimental projects and sjw brown nosing stuff they don’t want to stink up the horde with to it.

Just pull the plug and end it already.

Also that Andiun (despite all the shade thrown his way), understands that a large portion of the Horde did not agree with her commands and blanket hating the people of a faction for just existing gains nothing. Along with the fact that Alliance hasn’t been no angel in the past either.

I mean real life history teaches that.

Also yes, there is also the factor neither side has the resources to fight a war of revenge that will ultimately go nowhere. I didn’t like the burning of tree no more than most. Especially since I did that scenario as my Alliance Worgens. However, my vengeance is for the one responsible for it all…Sylvanas.

You can kind of see this when Sylvanas gave the order, even Nathanos her lap dog just sort of gave her this “wut?” look though it’s hard to tell with his blank stare and dead pan facial expressions.

You know, rather than fighting, both factions should consider (in canon and in the game) rebuild cities. Nothing would give me pleasure than watching the Gnomes leave Ironforge after umpteen years and have Gnomeragan for themselves. Also, plan to rebuild Darnassus and Gilneas. After all, they could be portals to the Shadowlands. Why? Because all saw massive deaths caused by warring factions, other enemies, and it would be the perfect opportunity to have these places rebuilt.

I mean did you really expect more from a character “wrote in” by one of the writers who has a…ahem…thing for Sylvanas?

Not talking bad about your post, but I noticed blank stare, condescending voice, and fetish level of devotion to his “queen” is the extent of his personality.

And the horde lost yet another warchief due to bad writing.

Well that, and he has the sandpaper personality of an exaggerated Movie drill sergeant, and apparently he’s always been like that (:unamused:living and dead )…

As someone that’s spend 13years in the US Army. He gives movie drill sergeants a bad name, and those give real drill sergeants a bad name.

He’s that one person who never outgrew the edgy tryhard teenage years.

Hey, I second the rebuilding of Gilneas. And I like your train of thought. Having those cities, or at least one (Gilneas) as a portal to the Shadowlands makes lots of sense.

We killed one of Sylvanas’ res chickens… So… I mean, I guess we at least started the process or something.

I’m with you. 14 years serving in Fort Hood, Fort Bliss, Fort Gordon, and overseas. This DS attitude falls flat. Probably from a writer who asked someone and made his or her DS way for Nathanos

That was never your ‘Warchief’; she exists only for her own lusts.
Besides which, you got Thrall back; beads and all oh joy.

Both factions got horrible writing, this time: Blizzard has, apparently, joined the ‘walking dead’ craze. A little late but they seem bent on making us ALL Forsaken.

Or am I wrong about Shadowlands?

I’m pretty sure we don’t “die” to get to the Shadowlands, but that hasn’t been fleshed out yet so who’s to say?

Small world. I was also in Fort Gordon for training and several deployments and other overseas stations. Thank you for your service fellow vet and glad to see you’re with us and not in a flag covered casket.

Slaying a single foe, in open battle, is no compense for the wholesale destruction of a capital city AND slaughter of the moiety of its civilian population.

But I forget: the Horde can get away with anything in Blizzard’s eyes, as long as it helps them feel all edgy and over the top.

Look for the bad writing to continue.

Amen to that. Thanks for your service too. Right now, it is best to serve and provide experience in the civilian world than being remembered for the service.

No they won’t. That blue color isn’t even Helf color. And they should’ve always had the option for blue. Not all of them drank fel.

We stick together. :fist_right: :fist_left: I was a 76V then a 92A. You?
