I would just cancel the subscription.
Faction imbalance in terms of population or raids base is one thing.
But this customization thing is another. It’s sth they have control and could prevent beforehand. If they really listen.
No need to stick to the game that screws up what I like.

Even hair High elves option and 3 blue eyes option

It’s feeling pretty lame to be an Alliance player right now, ngl. I keep holding out that Blizzard has something awesome waiting for us, and the more I do it the more I feel like a clown.
