RIP multiboxer

Idk, I’d feel pretty disgusted if I was running a dungeon, and found out all of the others in my party were only one person.

I want the social experience.

I specifically stated raw gold. AH flipping actually does require someone sitting at the keyboard constantly to monitor TSM notifications, though that could probably be botted too, but I imagine it’d be even easier to fool an AH bot than it is one farming raw gold.

Just leave the group and find another one.

Disturbing it aint. LMAO.
Did you just make a word definition up and toss it in here for dramatic effect?

YES…the way its set up…AS I DESCRIBED TO YOU ALREADY…is literally MAKING MBing possible.
Go try to MB with ESO thru the launcher, guy…you CANT.
This game is SET UP to Box…its really that simple and you denying that fact is just…well…laughably entertaining to me.

uh…yeah…ok…rambling incoherently is always conducive to a productive discussion

Look all I know is Blizzard is pulling Activision’s kind of customer service which is actually pretty terrible.

When they sold their soul to that miserable failure of a company, the Blizzard we all once knew left for good.

How can a multiboxer kill himself?

If EVERYONE did that, the game would become more unplayable than it is today.

they dont know lol.
Blizzard could EASILY only allow ONE WOW and ONE launcher and that wouldnt stop MBing, but it sure would make it clear that the game was more designed for one character like ESO does it.

Yea, I mean just to prove a point about subjectivity vs. objectivity. If I found out that the rest of my dungeon group was 1 person, I’d only have a problem if that meant we weren’t finishing the run.

In fact, I might prefer it. That’s 3 less people I have to interact with.

smoking, drinking and lots of greasy foods

Well it does reduce the chances of that one jerkwad antagonizing you over your dps not being leet.

Stand there a take it,

The other characters are essentially playing themselves is where the issue lies. It’s not about multiboxing. It wouldn’t be a controversial issue if you HAD to tab out and control that character YOURSELF.

The issue is that those characters are pretty much playing ON THEIR OWN.

TL:DR

This thread is supported by botters n automatons.

They legit think it’s okay, lol.

Single-players, we must play elsewhere.

Everything is delayed, if we can say. I work with the in game tools I am provided, everything I do on my multiboxing is done with a vanilla UI and clever use of macros and game settings.
For example, click-to-move (CTM) is here

If you turn that on and then you use the “Interact with target” keybind

Your character will automatically start walking to get in range of the NPC / body to loot. But since you were out of range, it only did 1 action of getting closer, to get them to actually talk or interact I need to press the same interact button again to make them do what I want them to. Then, when I am done having them do whatever I needed to, I have a macro across all my toons on the same keybind (Ctrl + shift + P ) to make my boxes follow on my main again.

If you feel like something is still within a gray area, let me know. I just want to be able to shed some light on the situation.

I don’t necessarily disagree. It’s just still subjective. I don’t have any issue with someone disliking something. I have issue with someone trying to pass off their preferences as fact. I just want to see evidence of any claims being made here.

Scaremongering false argument. This is very unlikely to happen. The MBer population is very tiny and not likely to change in regards to population percentage.

Righ! I hate playing with other people

To quote the award winning movie Tombstone: “Well, bye.”

I don’t think I’ve actually seen one of these Multiboxer creatures in the wild. Maybe we’re too cheap on Earthen Ring.

no…theyre not…lol…they REQUIRE a player banging keys to make them ACT in game.

awww…isnt that sweet?
got no argument against BLIZZARDS RULES so the personal attacks and insults will have to do :joy: :joy:

I’ve seen two in more than twice as many weeks.

One was standing around in Suramar making it very easy to not have to worry about that dumb disguise mechanic.

The other was in Nazmir and saved me when I accidentally aggro’d just way too many Blood Trolls.

So, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.
