ILVL 131 doing less damage then most other classes even when they’re ILVL 100’s.

Seems a touch dramatic, no? Things might balance out more at 60, conduits, legendary effects, etc might smooth out any severe differences.
If not, someone has to be at the bottom; that doesn’t invalidate a class, make them worthless, or prevent them from doing content. Havoc will still bring tools that help out and bolster others, I can’t see this being the “end “
I’m sure it’s very frustrating, but numbers will change over time, even after launch. If you like(d) the class itself, you should stick with it. If you liked the damage, then yeah, reroll, because if that’s your focus then who’s going to convince you

game isnt balanced around level 50; its balanced at level 60 with all the bells and whistles.

Gods … like really… They were good but not gods… Only part they could be considered very very good was in wpvp, elsewhere they were good. Most complaints for DH’s are on pvp and just on the wpvp part. Just look at the ladder in 2’s or 3’s you could see the were merely some. Just because they owned people in wpvp i don’t think it justifyed all those nerf. Lifeleech nerf maybe but all the rest i doubt it.

if you aren’t min/maxxing then you don’t even need to play WoW.
re-roll to whatever is being used in MDI that way you can actually play the game

some one hast to be at the bottom, yes, but the % shouldnt not be that much, a variance of 5 to 10% but when you see the highest dps and the lowest, the % is way to much to be able to say they are balancing stuff.
DH in pvp well… don’t have hopes for it, the only thing is can think can improve it is returning the leach. i think is the minimum they can do to balance the survability.

I believe in PvP Dh will need more thought and timing now into trading defensive for enemy offensives, blurr is still on a 1 minute CD that’s amazing but Theyll still be good, the things they bring to a game are undeniable for example mana rift… that’s a ability if used correctly and frequently will fast track you to 2k at least. It’s kind of like the prot paladin people are talking about atm saying they are going to be OP for arena and it’s because of all the utility they bring to the team more so the damage. Yes the mongoloid arena play style is prob gone but that for the best imo.
Monks don’t even have their old touch of death until level 60.
So yes demon hunters will feel fine at 60

Do you have beta access? Because Beta DH at 60 isn’t any better. You can go read the feedback in the Beta DH thread for all the info you need on the matter.
DH is in a poor state now, and in a poor state in SL proper at 60. The bells and whistle don’t change that.
