They added a 5 second ICD to reducing the duration of Diabolic Ritual.

Technically, no.

You can play aff soul harvestor or demo soul harvester.

The other 4 choices are, in fact, currently dead.

Just did some testing. Wither now has the ICD, but Diabolic Ritual seemed to work normally.

have you played it? you can’t even proc blacken soul on pulls without malevolence.
