Current maps heavily favour certain comps, rov would help balance it out a bit. I’m. Sure the version that doesn’t start on the elevators is fine.

Yeah, Ive brought this up as well. The cata version doesnt have the elevators it should be fine.
The fact is ROV was present in the wotlk classic beta. I played skirmishes all beta long, maybe 100 games on the map. They had it functioning & I personally never a single time had any issue with a dc or other claimed issues.
Most of the other maps favor different comps, I see zero reason we don’t have ROV. There are no new maps till MOP. Would be nice to get ROV in any form instead of playing the same 4 maps forever.
People against this are trolling or chronic moronic.

Yes because LSP totally doesn’t heavily favor a map like Valor.
You’re a salty little sh!t arent you? Why would you be against some variety? None of these maps are balanced except maybe Nagrand. Don’t sandbag the entire playerbase just cause hpal warrior doesnt favor that map. I mean you’ll fall asleep playing your comp anyway, dw about what map you’re on.

The truth is, just like rdf, those against adding rov are just sandbagging the playerbase. In the case of that hpal he’s against it because his comp does poorly there. Balance isnt a prio for any of the maps we have right now so not a good argument against rov.
The bugs, like alleged disconnects, are, but again Ive personally never had an issue on the map and as well the cata version removes the elevator which was the main cause of complaint. Cata Rov was added in 4.2 and we enter from side gates. It should be in cata at launch. Or at least talked about by blizzard. The same 4 maps from wotlk, 3 from tbc, with no additions until mop isn’t ideal. Just want some variety & a map thats already a completed asset & a part of these xpacs.

Dalaran is a pretty horrendous map full of bugs, so might as well take that one out too if ROV is too buggy. Love having my pet get stuck in the tube. Love fearing people out of the bounds of the map somehow so they have to get force teleported to the center of the box. Love when death coil clips players literally underneath the floor, trapping them in there so they’re unattackable. Love how there’s random chains hanging from the ceiling above the box pillars which you can accidentally press shadowfury on because obviously they’re a surface that should be attackable in the game. Love when shamans place their totems in the waterfall so they’re unhittable. Love when my pet gets stuck in the waterfall and it dies to dots because I can’t heal it due to LOS.

Lmao yeah, but rov is imbalanced can’t have that. Fun police gotta crack down.
Literally everyone knows ROV is a horrible map design in general and is 100x worse than any other map currently in the game.
It’s not coming to wrath so get over it.
At least they quickly fixed the walljump in only 10 short months
