I bought a “Ring of the Stalwart Protector” from the Badge of Justice vendor for 60 badges. When I put the ring on it shows the +Stamina increase and the +Dodge Rating increase, but it will not show the +Armor increase in my character stats. I have tried relogging. I have tried taking all gear off and just trying the ring. Nothing seems to be giving me the armor from the ring like it is supposed to.

Confirmed bug. @blizz lets get this fixed.
This is an issue affecting ALL rings with armor.
Violet Signet is also affected.
This really hurts feral tanks who gain lots of armor from their items. Hopefully Blizzard can fix this issue or give us an explanation. Thanks for letting me know.
Armor cloaks with bonus armor also not working.
Also affecting WoTLK items not only TBC ones.
You may wish to re-read the text on your Bear form. Your % armor increase no longer affects rings or trinkets. That being said, you (and all tanks) should still be getting the base armor increase from the ring, which is currently what’s broken.
Rings with armor should be working now with todays reset.
