Dearest SoD Devs,

Please make the Bang the Gong/AQ questline a fun, satisfying experience for EVERYONE to complete (not just the top 0.5% of sweat lord guilds). Picking and choosing a few people out of a hundred or more is a very UNSATISFYING experience to deal with. It’s also causing a lot of infighting already which will ultimately lead to people rage quitting because they weren’t selected to get the mount.

Since the news of the next phase, guilds have already started strategizing their path to obtain the mounts for their GMs and officers. Honestly, it’s about the masses here and having FUN - no one wants to put in a ton of work to help some sweaty GM and his buddies get a little mount to ride around on.

Please make this iconic quest line FUN and doable by the AVERAGE player - even if it takes a little bit more than average work to do, make it in reach for everyone with some hard work, but not the insanity that the original entailed. Make the quest items drop for EVERYONE. It will make the whole experience much more FUN for EVERYONE and honestly you’ll probably lose a lot of people if you don’t after hearing a lot of people are leaving just because there’s “no new content” and “stop giving us hardmodes”.

Make them stay/come back with a cool quest line that everyone can do!

Edit: I will ignore all sweat lord comments, because you have already done enough damage to this game. The devs have finally stopped listening to your elitist, trolling comments (thank God) and are listening to the average player now which is making Season of Discovery a fun game to play again!

We don’t want everyone using the bug mount my friend. You wont be getting everything for free. Sorry you didn’t get selected for the bug mount. They usually tend to go to the best players so try and improve those parses and impress the GM of the guild you play in! Maybe they will let you get one!! 100% agree. Encourage more players to enjoy this epic questline.

As it is, my guild wont do it. On a seasonal server? Grinding like its a job for one player?
Not one person in my guild would be so selfish.

Now this could share drops, and be an activity we all grind together.
Basically a guild achievement and guild reward.

As it was, its basically a RMT/Streamer/GM item. The originals are prestige items.
As it was, Its dead content.
Imagine a server grinding in stages, together. Imagine how many would play to earn this mount and how many would actually participate in the opening of AQ.

You hit the nail on the head! Would love to do this as a guild together knowing the entire raid would be getting rewarded. This isn’t classic anymore! I’ve never seen so many hand of rags, thunder fury, people at such a high pvp ranking, etc.
