Base righteous fury gives 60% threat from holy attacks. when u get 3/3 talents it suppose to go up to 90%. in spell book it says 90 and on hotbar it says 90. when u activate it, in the top right it only says 60. is this just a visual bug or is this actually bugged?
Visual bug, same thing happens with Blessing of Might and Wisdom when you have their improved talents. Still get the benefit though.

Same thing with certain Shaman totems.
Healing Spring and Mana Spring totems only say their base number in the buff icon, even though the tooltip says it gives more.
