I know this issue has come up in the past on multiple forums, but I am still having an issue with this. When I first started to play again, the issue didn’t start happening until after about a week or so.
Anytime I try to right click while I’m moving or trying to look in a different direction, the cursor in-game flickers and my character stops moving.
Any suggestions?

Despite all of the public insistence to the contrary, I’ve only ever found this issue to be that of a failing mouse. Personally, I go through gaming mice at the rate of about two per year. Razer, Microsoft, Logitech, cheap-o or expensive … it doesn’t matter.

Go to this web site and right-click 100 times in the yellow/orange area. If the counter doesn’t show 100 when you’re done, take a look at replacing your mouse.
Failing mice defy logic, regularly. They’ll work and then not work, then flicker and then return to normal. The tensile strength of the tiny metal piece within the switch(es) can be affected by the heat of your hand, after time, or the force with which you click (which varies wildly from person to person.)
