Right mouse button problems

So for about a week now ive had an issue with my mouse on wow. I had a Razer naga Trinity and the RMB would often let go when holding it down. I tried the console commands i tried turning on and off hardware acceleration. Ive tried everything online i could find and it didn’t work. So even though that mouse was only two months hold i bite the bullet and bought a new one. This time i got a corsair scimitar,Its not even a week old and my mouse just feels off in game even after the hot fix on 7/23/20 and now my RMB is also sticking. Im at a loss idk what to do. Thereis no way that two new mice have the same issue. I tried to make a ticket however when trying to upload my dxd and msinfo it wouldnt take it. The button was just grayed out. The files are in .txt format so idk whats going on there. so i couldnt continue on. I do have the info tho not sure if I can past it. But any help would be nice ive spent 200 bucks on mice now and am really getting discouraged :(.

You are not the only one. My right mouse button started with the Win 10 2004 update.

In my case, my mouse works fine in games. In Windows, particularly file manager, it has become almost impossible to right click and drag anything without several tries.

Something in Windows changed, and mouse drivers need to catch up.

edit: Or if this is not intentional from Microsoft, they need to fix it. I really don’t know which it is right now, as my mouse driver (Razer) has updated twice since the update.

Well, changing my double click speed to much lower than default, has made right click hold very easy now. Something with the click speed changed in windows.
