Saw an obvious bot in winterspring killing ghosts. He is on 24/7 running in a set path killing ghosts so i right clicked his name and reported him but 2 days later and the bot is still there.
Is there any point to right click reporting? Do they even look at it? Or do they need a minimum number of reports to take action against someone?
right click report is only for safe spacers who are offended by words. if someones botting or cheating you have to open a real ticket

meanwhile, right-click>report sends a snapshot of what the character is doing at the time.
sounds like you’re trying to get people to “report” in a manner which won’t accomplish anything.
bots don’t just get nuked on sight.
expect to see them around for a while longer.

Nothing actually gets looked at by a person until the volume of reports cross a threshold.
The reason for this is to pre-filter the reports so they need less CS staff to address the reports, a large chunk of the reporting system ( both here in forums and in the live game environment ) is entirely automated.
You can’t be sure its a bot. A human can play this way too. I don’t want to mention its name but look up illegal drugs people take these days.
