This is ridiculous, either the ques are broken or no one is playing this crap anymore, 45 minutes in a regular dungeon que, I thought this was MASSIVE MULTIPLAYER online rpg.

2v2 and 3v3 arena queues were less than 30 seconds yesterday. PvP is the best (only good) part of Cataclysm.

What level? What time are you queueing? What faction? What are you queueing as?
I’d say it USED to be an MMORPG.
I’ve found you have to catch this in peak waves.
Last week on vaca I could catch US primetimes to see better wait times in the leveling levels. It by my night time on the other side of the dateline it got realy slow.
Even in the OG games queues times during leveling was 1hour long, if you’re talking about max level, not sure how you managed a long queue even in OCE we still get 5-10min queues.
Well if you quee for something most people aren’t queeing for you played yourself.
Rn inferno is what is popping , queeing for anything else is well a self troll
Basically. Or the pvp types are regearing in bg. I know my 85’s get lion’s share of my play time of late in bg.
At most I’ve had to wait 10 mins queued as a dps for a protocol, it really isn’t as bad as you are making it out to be.
So this was my 7th alt lvling at a lvl 50 normal que, I have 6 lvls 85s 3 of which are raid ready/raid geared, the ques were not this bad before even on lowbies, it would take at max 15mins for a dps que on lower lvl, yes a lot of people are queing for the new inferno protocol but that just shows that either they broke something in the que system or that the player base declined a lot since this is a cross realm que, so if anyone is considering starting or coming back, that’s it 40 minutes que if you wanna dps while lvling up, or you can only play healers or tanks, screw you dps, not like you’re needed to raid or anything.
You legit just answered your own problem. Not to mention Firelands isn’t released yet and alot of people are just waiting for that.
Do some quests while you wait for your queue to pop.
