What an odd request. A few suggestions:

post on your main, no one is going to add a level 68 to a rated BG group.

just whisper them in game, probably a lot faster since you know their name already.

I’m assuming you mean community over group because rated groups come and go and by the time they read this they probably aren’t playing anymore?
Just trying to increase your odds of actually getting your desired result
