So, I successfully killed Simone the Seductress, joy! However, her pet, Precious was still alive. I feign Deathed to drop its agro, and Simone’s body instantly despawned, preventing me from looting the head.

Many months later, this same thing just happened to me. I’ve wasted over 100g in Major Mana pots trying to down her, and finally did. FD’d quick to get the pet away so i can loot, and her corpse despawned.
Put in a ticket just now, and I hope they can reward me the Head so I can move on with my life.
That’s not a bug, you left combat without looting it there fore the encounter which has both enemies in it. Therefore when you feign the dog, you despawn the demon.
