Lol enjoy getting vote kicked by the rest of the group. It happened when they added it the first time, it happened when they added it to wotlk classic, and it would happen again if they decided to add that atrocity to SoD.

RDF doesn’t protect you from this community, only making your own group can do that

I got voted kicked as a tank in cata. In last boss of Grim Batol. Because I didn’t pick up the two adds that spawn…even those adds can’t be taunted…

I still love the healer who thought a tank could dodge his knockback that happens at the same time.

Just ignore the groups asking for GS.

There’s plenty of groups not doing this, and it’s easy enough to put one together yourself.

Honestly I just use LFG bulletin board addons to find my groups or just do the ole faithful LEVEL ** PALADIN LFG in yell

If they don’t want to invite me over GS then okay - that’s their excuse for being so bad at the game they can’t run RFK with sub-par gear. lol.

Fortunately yeah - I’m pretty geared out because of BFD regardless. But freshies deserve better. I’ll carry the little mans to the moon if I must. We all get something out of it.

I mean, RFK is basically harder than mythic fyrakk so we probably should be checking gearscore. Link AOTC RFK and parses please

I’ve yet to be vote-kicked in Classic Wrath. Even my lackluster Warrior that’s rocking PVP gear and barely 4.7k GS hasn’t been kicked from FoS despite being bottom barrel DPS (missing Arpen cap).

Why? Because my gear sucks. Not me. Which is something that you don’t take into account when looking at someone’s GS before inviting.

And even still. I’ll raise the same argument I did over in that forum.

Whether vote-kicked or gatekept. You’re still not ‘allowed to play’. At least with RDF, you aren’t spamming the LFG channel every 30 seconds because your advert was pushed off the page (chat) or pushed down near the bottom of the LFG addon. – And in the case of Wrath’s RDF, you aren’t stuck in one spot because you ‘might’ get an invite. ((I could take my priest mining, but nope. Gotta stay in SW because Stockades.))

RDF and LFR have no place in Classic era/hardcore/seasons ever. You can explain how much more convenient it is for you until you’re blue in the face and it doesn’t change that
