Just double checking my understanding of the impact o the rework:
“degenerate” lightning bolt/chain lightning spam unchanged (just we like EQ more w/ echoes)
doubled CDs on defensives and utility
we now have a 3min cd to hope the tank takes into account
I’m not sure why everyone is taking the long version of Ascendance. The 2 min version is so much more fun (Farseer).
Because DRE procs also benefit from the added haste when you take that talent. So that one talent essentially buffs the Ascendance talent and the DRE talent (and all of its procs).
