Rework is a 1 night a week raiding guild (Thursday 8-11pm server time) that goes for ahead of the curve each season.
After achieving ahead of the curve we do the raid meta achievement, and continue to clear Heroic for as long as people still want items from it.
If you’re new to raiding or mythic + and would like to learn and get better then this could be a nice fit for you, we are a friendly bunch, and are happy helping people get used to running raids and mythic plus, even if all you’re interested in is getting a 10 for the week for a chance at some mythic loot.
We are looking for more people to help fill our our raid roster, typically we sit at around 15-20 people, but more are always welcome.
Typically there’s a lot of activity at the start of the season until we meet ourgoals, and then some people drop off a bit to do IRL things a bit more through the back end of the season as things wind down.
We don’t use any strange loot systems, we just use a sign up for raids, and if you can’t make a raid for whatever reason that’s not an issue. We are all adults with lives and things that take precendence.
We also have a decent group that like to do m+ with a bunch of us going for 3k this season, and would like to increase the numbers of people interested in that so we can have a healthy playerbase all through the season for that, and any other activities we might end up doing.
Currently we could probably do with another healer or two and a few dps, we have no mages, death knights or evokers, so any of those would be cool to have, but any class / spec is welcome as long as you’re friendly and interested in the content 
We are mostly alliance, but horde players are very welcome too.
