First and foremost this post is NOT about removing H dungeons, but rather about finding a way to reward the players who consistently play the game and raid every week.
We know that you love to reward the players for coming back to classic. With heroic+ dungeons that provide currency to purchase raid gear form a vendor for content they may have stopped doing. However, we believe it is equally important to reward players who consistently raid week in and week out. Here is a simple idea to achieve this:
Implement raid bosses dropping the same currency as Heroic+ dungeons in the upcoming phase. (This provides raiders with an advantage, allowing to purchase gear more quickly that they may not have encountered or otherwise obtained)
Release the vendor when the next phase drops. (Self explanatory)
Raiders will still need to complete heroics to reach the valor cap. (So you are not going to see less people doing heroics)
This approach would provide players with more incentive to continue raiding instead of quitting the game after 3-4 weeks. (Since they know that they can get a headstart for the next phase and wont have to do the Heroic + grind as hard to get the gear they might not see drop or loose rolls RNG protection)
By implementing this system, we can ensure that dedicated raiders feel valued and motivated to keep participating in the game.
if your actively raiding you shouldn’t need this catch up gear…its kind of of a moot point. We need incentives to keep the population healthy. Current system is fine to incentivize returning players.
People who are actively playing already have a huge advantage of being on established guilds, having min/max characters, usually a lot more gold and resources, alts and being generally in a better spot then someone just returning.
Just because you are actively raiding doesn’t mean that you will get all loot you desire. People lose rolls/bids, and sometimes the items never drop.
While it’s true that incentives are important to keep the player population healthy, it’s also crucial to recognize that rewarding consistent players is equally important.

You have gone from 1 extreme, to the next, pretty straight forward.
So this is only about GDKP? Because every piece of gear I have gotten hasn’t needed a bid.
When the raiders see someone not doing enough damage to their liking(they are doing enough to kill things in said dungeon) and start vote kicking them, who is that motivatiing to keep playing?
You yourself were one of these people at the start of the tier.
The system we have now is fine, it always has been since it was implemented.
Your response lacks specific details on how the proposed idea would make things worse. Simply stating that it goes from one extreme to the next without providing concrete examples or reasoning does not effectively address the concerns raised.

Anyway…
They are rewarded, with the gear they roll for and win after killing a boss. Your druid is only missing 3 pieces of heroic gear. One of those isn’t even going to be on the vendor.
No no this is where the confusion is, Moist isn’t asking for this tiers fragments, his asking for next tiers fragments.
1 fragment for the first 6 bosses and two form Rag. This would reward players with 8 fragments per week, and with raids lasting an average of 15-17 weeks, ra would accumulate 120-136 fragments in total if they achieved a full clear each week.
If you read post, you would that this is about a currency used for the next phase H+ vendor, which will be launched sell Firelands loot It is a reward incentive to keep players active.
Actually, my druid is only missing the neck of rag for full bis.
Actually, people loose rolls and or bids on gear every week or they don’t ever see the item drop. This is called RNG.
If they are active and are full clearing heroic each week they’d have the rewards. If there’s bosses their group can’t kill on heroic then they can wait(assuming the pieces they need are even going to be on the vendor)
