I can pretty much assume that everyone except me likes 3c. But I don’t like 3c. I’m a player without extensive social connections in this game it’s hard for me to find consistent two teammates for regular arena play. I struggle to find consistent teammates for 2c. For me, solo queue arena has become a great new addition to the game. Can I hope that Blizzard will add a Gladiator mount for a 2400+ rating in Solo Queue? That would be fantastic news. I really like the Gladiator mounts of the current expansion, but I don’t have people to team up with and play regularly to get the reward.

But the conditions for the reward are literally the same. The only difference is that in 3c, you choose your partners yourself, while in SS, the game chooses them for you.
SS is much more inflated and has a huge RNG element to it. It would kill 3s and make the mount mean nothing. There’s a reason we have “Gladiator” and “Elite”. We have “Season Glad” and “Season Legend”. Solos already see enough play and need no more incentive.

Shuffle is much, much easier to push rating in.

I disagree. I want a mount as beautiful as the Gladiator mounts in the current expansion. But I can’t play WoW at that level due to lack of social connections. Mounts for SS could be awarded for reaching Legend status, or they could create a new dragon form for SS separately from WoW.
Thats my point, you want a free mount for solo because you can’t get it in 3’s. No handouts.
It could be considered a gift if I were asking to put the mount in the shop, but what I’m asking for is to add a mount for achieving a 2400 rating in solo queue.

Just because solo shuffle has more participation, it doesn’t mean it couldn’t benefit from more incentive. Let the people who want to play 3s do that and put the glad mount in shuffle. If people don’t want to play 3s there’s no reason to force them.

Well, the season ends in a month and a half or two.
Can novoice LFG it, but friends are more fun.
Another carrot wouldn’t do anything, at least one that isn’t exclusive to healers to incentivize participation from them and drop queues for dps.
Shuffle is fine as a waiting room game mode until 3s partners are on.
I don’t have friends playing PvP at the required level in this region. If I had someone to play with, I would just play 3s for the mount.
Time to find people. 
It’s time to add a mount for reaching Legend in solo queue.
Literally zero chance of that happening this season or expansion, although they may consider it for the ugly bats of War Within that look like something you’d buy for 5k anima in Revendreth.

I really don’t think it’s unreasonable to add some sort of unique mount to the most popular rated pvp mode

Solo queue doesn’t have any decent rewards at all. And there are no unique ones either.
