So finally was bothered enough to finish the Silver Purpose questline and unlock the revival catalyst but well for some reason the quest to unlock it isn’t available…
In my experience, reviving a machine usually involves disassembly, WD-40, reassembly, and wondering what the leftover parts did.

Yup not very helpful I’m 19 with Valdraken Accord and completed the Tyr quests so 
I hope you get it figured out because most of the game is locked behind finishing the campaign (i.e. world quests, shard quests, etc.).
I just finished the campaign finally after determining I was missing the Murloc Motes quest.
Be sure to open the Map & Quest Log and expand at the bottom right arrow. Then look for anything that says campaign. This sounds obvious and I did that all the time, but finally it was there.
Campaign is done honestly have no idea what’s going on supposedly it should be ther but it’s not
There’s an addon called “Quest Completist”, it could help you finding out what you are missing
