Revival Heals all party and raid members within 40 yards for (315%283% of Spell power) and clears them of all harmful Magical, Poison, and Disease effects.
Revival Revival now causes a Gust of Mists on all targets.
This is a horrible change… GoM doesn’t heal enough to warrant nerfing Revival healing. Even with it being a 1.5min cd WHEN YOU TAKE THE TALENT, it still doesn’t warrant nerfing the healing… Right now, my Revivals usually heal for like 8-10k lmao. That’s my 3min cd.
Absolutely braindead idea to make a change like this.

MW still gonna be the worst healer in the game next patch lol. A few underwhelming pvp talents aren’t going to fix glaring issues with the spec.

They didn’t nerf any of them, they changed two that shouldn’t have been changed. Counteract and Refreshing. Eminence isn’t as insane as it sounds, since last I played around with it, it doesn’t remove the stun effect, and Demat isn’t 40% flat, it goes down from 40% as the stun duration dwindles.
It’s actually a buff, revival now causes a gust of mist and you do about 2k more healing with revival now (non-crit). Tested on live and ptr.

i haven’t kept up with what they’re doing with output
the pvp talents are HUGE they’re def shoring up mw weaknesses for sure
but as it is now mw output isn’t great
the mana is really good if you’re playing the right comps
old counteract was HUGE
i’m personally under the impression mw mains can play their spec again but they wont over take rdruids for top pick healer for most cleaves in most situations
unless spriest is REALLY dominant then rsham and priest will probably just be the go to

They haven’t done anything with output yet. All I know, is that vivify healing is a joke and changing Refreshing the way they did, didn’t help that at all, just made it worse. Counteract change made me so sad, it was the only thing that made healing rot comps smooth and easier to stay ahead in mana in a meta where it’s already rough to do that as MW.
Idk, Peaceweaver should be baseline, maybe not the magic immune, but the 1.5min cd part should be baseline, because I’m sitting on PTR right now watching my Revivals heal for like 7-8k and with Essence Font on myself, my Gusts are healing for like 4k total… it’s honestly a joke. Maybe things will look better as stats change and scaling changes, but rn, its laughable imo.
atm it’s a major buff and Revival now also scale with Mastery (Bonedust Brew & Kyrian as well).
I’ve been testing this is PTR since it came out, and I’m telling you, if anything it feels exactly the same healing wise
How much mastery do you have? Let’s just assume you’re correct and they heal exactly the same, it means Revival now scales better with more gear because Mastery affect it’s healing.
No matter how you look at it, this is not a nerf.
