Just killed the world boss to only lose 20% towards Revival Catalyst

They sneakily hotfixed this last week sometime, because people were completing it too easily by killing the world boss twice.

I’ve done the world boss, the Primalist Future elite quest, and the spellforged destroyer quests, only 50%, and hasn’t moved since the world boss died.

same here, got to 50% and all credit towards the quest stopped.
Did a dungeon, no credit.
killed the world boss on an alt, no credit
did some group world quests, no credit
I abandoned the quest on my main and did a group quest, now its at 0% and stuck
at what point do the bugs become unacceptable? wow is a very expensive game and for so many things to be bugged is insane. How does this happen and why does it take so long for a dev to acknowledge these bugs?

I stared mine only only for it to disappear after switching to my alts. Now the NPC has no quests and I have no charge
Similar issues, have done enough content to be over 150% yet I’m stuck at 30% on my quest. I do have 3 more Passing Resascence in my bags, but they aren’t doing anything towards completing quest https://www.wowhead.com/item=202001/passing-renascence#comments

Stuck at 40% on mine 
I turned in the weekly. Same group got different percentage doing the same dungeons, no idea why. But after turning in the quest it did not give me a catalyst charge. 
ugh, I was at 85% and finished a hunt, opened the bag, and now I’m at 65%…fix this bliz

Killed world boss with three characters, + did one great hunt and I’m only at 50%. One of the kills didn’t count at all.
last night i was stuck at 85% after completing a few m+ with no credit untill this morning i turn it in get one charge no new quest, do i have to wait till next week?
Stuck at 60… womp.
I wonder if it’s because I accepted this quest on an alt who didn’t actually complete the initial quest the first week.
