Revival Catalyst not give charge upon Quest Turn In

Turned in the quest. No Catalyst charge. I only have the one from last week, which I was saving.

Ok, not sure if this will work for everyone, but I just tried using the 1 charge I had, and afterwards, it still showed 1 charge. I did it again, and got the 2nd piece, so you likely still have the 2nd charge, it’s just not showing the number correctly in-game.

No, it didn’t turn red, it just stayed as “1”.

I used one charge today and tried to use 2nd charge this week too, there is 1 charge left that is red and cannot use.

Same. Completed quest last week on one character. Completed quest this week on a different character. Confirmed I had 1 charge on second character before turn in, still only have 1 charge.

yep. Had this on my monk. They eventually responded to the ticket with, ‘yeah we are getting a lot of reports of this and no, we can’t do anything about it’.

The Revival Catalyst interface only shows the cost of a single item conversion into a tier set item. It is not a tracker for the amount of charges your character has available. As long as a charge shows as available, you will be able to convert an eligible item into a tier set item. If you are out of charges, the interface will show there are no more available charges with a red number 1.

Nah it’s a bug and support agreed it’s a bug. I had a charge on the monk the week before but didn’t covert because stats on tier were not ideal for me at the time. Confirmed I could have converted, mind. Waited til the next week, did the content again, went back to convert both pieces and was only able to convert 1. No toon on the account used a charge between the time I checked on the monk before reset and then went afterward hoping to spend 2 (after turning in the quest).

Support confirmed it’s happening and basically said, ‘tough luck’.
