Do the charges not build up?
It’s week 3, I have done the quest to earn 3 of them (1 quest per week), but it only shows that I have 1 charge?
Is this working as intended? Can a Blue please Answer or someone who knows?
Or will that charge just stay there?
Also the limit of 6 … does that mean I can only do this quest 6 times ? So after week 6, this quest will not become available?
So you can basically only use this thing 6 times (per char) ? And the best route would be to save it for high level gear correct?
Blizzard is great at not explaining stuff when things are released and combined that with bugs…

apparently you have all your charges but the ui shows only what it costs to transform the gear

Max of 6 charges. You can do the quest 12x but you can only hold 6 charges.
This would be available until next season. You can upgrade the same piece over and over but only up to this season.
I opened a ticket for this issue, and their resolution was to come to the forums. and closed the ticket.

Here is what is on the support article about the charges.
The Revival Catalyst interface only shows the cost of a single item conversion into a tier set item. It is not a tracker for the amount of charges your character has available. As long as a charge shows as available, you will be able to convert an eligible item into a tier set item. If you are out of charges, the interface will show there are no more available charges with a red number 1.
You can run this script to see how many charges you have in-game or you can get a weakaura to track the charges.

I know this one works. It is slightly different by one character. You may need to be physically at the catalyst tho. Heard that can be a thing with it.
This worked for me while in Valdrakken.
What I don’t Understand is the Charge limit let alone the 2 week wait. It is just converting gear of the same item Level inot our PvP or PvE sets why throttle it. Its Hard enough to get anything from LFR etc with the garbage Need Before Greed then you add a Noose on a system which could have been Epic but is instead vendor trash in quality. I also can’t understand anyone defending Blizzard when it comes to ^ this type of Criticism. Defending lit like people Defend anything they Blindly follow idk just Odd that this System is this Restricting. Then once a Season Ends you can upgrade all you want but only if you managed to get anything to hold onto for Transmog which is not as easy as people will tell me in the replies that it is.
