At least partially you’re reasoning for keeping it doesn’t make sense as you really think you’re going to stop people from stacking armor pen…really? All you really did was make every arp based spec absolute trash until they could do the thing you were apparently trying to avoid, it makes no sense.
Just revert at least partially so you can at least avoiding looking like your picking winners and losers at this point, and stop trying to police player choice when you could spend that same energy policing bots.
Of all the suggestions I have seen this is the most reasonable one in my opinion. It would help the classes and specs that are suffering (Feral, Marksman Hunter, Fury Warriors, and Arms Warriors). I am obviously biased though lmao
