I’ve been looking at Destro Warcraft Logs and seems to be a mix of this row of talents.
I’m wondering if there is some stat criteria where you would choose one over the other? Or is the overall gain fairly small between each?
With Flashpoint and as much Expedient corruption as you have, IC is probably the way to go for you. Should still sim it to see if it’s a big enough difference to justify the extra Immolate management, though.
with expedient corruption you will max your dps with internal combustion.
Sorry for necroing but I’m curious if Internal Combustion ever competes with Reverse Entropy in the current patch. It seems like RE always sims better for me than IC… or perhaps it’s only a PvP thing.
Everyone uses the one that gives you haste, and im very glad because haste is fun and having to constantly reapply immolate is annoying.
That said though…….in multitarget where conflag can apply immolate on other targets and we have more shards to spam Chaos Bolt, it would make sense to use internal combustion….. However, reverse entropy still has a 100% pick rate on dragons and vanguard on Archon.
