Okay so it’s been a hot minute since I’ve been in the World of Warcraft! I’ve been seeing all the hype on social media and everywhere I turn on the internet and I thought well you know what I’m going to give it a swing. So I purchased the war within and a couple months of game time and even got myself a decent laptop that can run WoW decently because I’ve been without a PC for quite some time. Main reason why I haven’t been playing. So after some mild panic over logging into the wrong account and getting refunded for funding the wrong account after I had realized I was in the wrong account LOL. Most of my main characters are still here which is a plus because my warlock was my first character ever to be max level and is the one with the most progress. However, I am missing several characters including a DK , rogue, priest, mage, warrior, and a hunter. I had one of each class. The only ones that are left is my warlock , monk, shaman, paladin, demon Hunter, and my new evoker. I’ve done some research and found out that more than a few people that have had issues with characters who were not max level disappearing after the level adjustment. But it doesn’t stop there, I am also missing a few mounts that I purchased from the blizzard store the Swift Winstead, winged guardian, Warforged nightmare, heart of the aspects, enchanted fey dragon, and I’m not sure off the top of my head because it’s been so long but I think I had more. Maybe I’m wrong. But it doesn’t stop there either! I’m also missing all of the heirloom gear that I have collected, all of my achievements, reputations, mounts associated with both and World drops, all of my toy box items, all of my battle pets, all of my collected transmog sets, and just basically everything. Also my bank s on all of my characters are wiped clean. I know that I was not hacked because there’s no way if I was hacked all of my achievements and collectibles would be able to be wiped. So if it is possible could a GM please get in contact with me because I’ve tried several times in game to put in a ticket and I always get this try again alert. And obviously I cannot restore my own characters because that feature is currently unavailable. I was so stoked to get back into WoW and still am believe me! But it was such a huge disappointment finding that all of my progress from anything before Legion is completely gone :-/ thank you in advance to anybody who provides me with any form of advice and or suggestions!
