I returned to WoW about a month ago after a long hiatus from the game. I was previously a mythic progression raider getting CE achievements (or equivalent before CE was a thing), most recently in MoP. I quit for WoD and just came back.
Life now allows for getting back into progression raiding. I’m looking for a guild to be my new long term home, with the following characteristics:

People who are kind to each other. Ideally a zero tolerance policy for toxicity, racism, etc. - but barring such an explicit policy, I want to be around people who are not jerks.

Progression raiding mindset. Within the confines of being nice to each other, I’d like to be part of a group trying to achieve something cool in the game. Goals for heroic raiding and / or mythic raiding are both up my alley.

Raid days that work. I’m available roughly 9 PM eastern / 8 central until about 1 AM eastern / 12 AM central on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays I am available roughly 10 PM eastern / 9 central until about 1 AM eastern / 12 AM central. I currently have conflicts Wednesdays (this may change) and don’t want Sundays.

Prefer a high pop server.
My gear is currently a bit behind, having just returned to the game. But that keeps improving daily, with my current iLvl being 205. Hopefully the right guild will realize gear is a highly fixable problem.
My current main and only character in raid shape is my boomkin. Too bad nobody wants a boomkin nowadays! 
Open to other classes, particularly mage and warlock, though it would take time to bring them up the curve. Can tank, strongly prefer not to heal.

Ashes of Exile is recruiting two or three more deeps for our mythic progression team. last tier we went 3/10 while rebuilding the core of the guild, and creating the raid environment and community that we want to foster going forward. Looking for a few more people to join us and progress into the new raid while keeping a fun raid atmosphere, which is something we already do this well.
-What we bring to the table.-
We are organized. - We show up to raid prepped and ready to go. We accomplish this by maintaining a consistent discord attendance. At the end of the day we are all adults and have lives we have to manage it is important to respect everyone’s time. We also encourage and assist members with pursuing the highest end of content. Including KSM and completing 14+ keys. Mythic raiding and some pvp!
Effective Raiding- First week of SoD we successfully cleared 3/10H and 5/10N while we had some players absent, In Castle Nathria we cleared 3/10M while revising our roster and tying up loose ends. Our goal is to push as far as we can every tier. We Raid T/Th 8:30 to 11:30 EST. Trying to maintain wow/Life balance with 6 hours of raiding a week.
We Have fun- the point of the game is to have a good time, if you can do that raiding with us then awesome, if not do what you enjoy.
We Kill Stuffs (and things)- Our goal is to kill bosses, log in and use our time effectively during raid to actually down bosses and progress.
Community- We enjoy gaming together outside of wow too. when there is a lul in content we spend more time in other games and doing what piques our interest at the time, and we do lots of these other games together. I think this is eve more important these days. to have a place you have friends in wow and in other games.

Be well versed in what you’re offering in terms of class knowledge, be prepared, admit mistakes and if you’re unsure ask questions.

All outstanding candidates will be considered. We are mainly in need of ranged pew pew. We are interested in a mage and a shadow priest however if this sounds like somewhere you would like to raid apply anyway.

Barely Heroic of Seraph is recruiting! We are an AOTC (Ahead of the Curve) heroic capped team.
We are a group of veteran players, many of whom have raided hardcore in the past, but have settled with families, jobs, or school and are just looking for a more relaxed raiding experience. We have achieved AoTC in every tier and our group has been together for over 6 years, with the officer core being together over a decade. If you’re looking for a more relaxed raid environment, but still want a bit of push, we might be perfect for you! We value competent raiders who can show up for a few hours every week to take down some heroic bosses and have fun while doing so.
