There used to be a item restore feature for when we accidentally vendor gear and want it back. Does that still exist? I just noticed that my character is wearing a low level necklace and low level shoulders. Which means that I must of did something twice without realizing it.

The item restore is a self service feature with in the support menu, but items it is able to return is limited, and has a time frame for which it pulls from. Just because you didn’t clarify if this was for retail or either classic iteration? There is some ongoing issue with the item restore for classic. It’s a known bug that they are working on.
