I quit wow a year or so ago and never unlocked the Kul Tiran or Mecha Gnomes. I can’t for the life of me find any correct info on post to unlock them. According to the banner in the embassy in stormwind they are unlocked. Says requirements (reach level 40) and has a green check mark.
How can blizzard not tell you what else needs to be done. I researched and found it saying Earn the allegiance but again no push on how to go forward.
Did you go to Stormwind Embassy on a level 40+ Alliance character? While reaching level 40 on any character should be enough for that unlock, there is a series of quests that must be done by an Alliance character, and the required level to start those quests is 40.
Once you have completed that, you can make KT or MG characters from the start.
