Returning player from BFA. Lvl 53 Alchemist can't use any of my Zandalar potions

Played from launch in 2004-2008, 2018 - 2019

Returning player with Alchemy/Gathering. I have hundreds of materials, flasks, and pots from the Zandalar expansion. I can’t use any most of them because they’re capped at level 50 even though I can do the timewalking thing and get mobs scaling at my level in Zandalar.

Makes ZERO SENSE. GG Blizz.
