Hello all, I am back after a couple month break from the game, looking to return to CE mythic raiding! Currently looking for a CE guild to join and have some fun with and clear the raid. I do have plenty of mythic and CE experience and was 5/8M last tier with some pulls in on Kyveza before my previous guild had to stop raiding unfortunately due to some members having RL issues. I am looking for a 2 day raid team that raids primarily in evenings, although I can do early afternoons as well. I cannot do late night as I work night shifts at work. I am the GM/ RL of The Alliance guild, Exclusive Outcasts (EO) on Kel’thuzad. Dragon flight was the expansion that we decided to make CE our end goal. Which sling shotted us into a competitive mythic guild. unfortunately due to roster issues we finished on the end boss without achieving CE all three tiers. The roster is looking strong, and we are looking to add stronger members to bolster our roster! The War Within will be a new slate and all 20 spots will be earned!

We raid Wednesday/Thursday 8:30 - 12:00 AM (6:30-10 server)
As I mentioned above we are looking to make our roster as competitive as possible. A good mythic team has 5+ bench slots who are geared, studies the fights, and shows when called on! This guild is a mature/ dark humor atmosphere. We poke fun all the time, but we can snap back into focus immediately. It’s important to have a good/fun atmosphere but be able to focus up when the going gets tough or its time to game.
Tanks - Two main tanks are set. Off tanks for mythic plus.
Healers - 4/4 Set for now, could be possibly looking for another to compete for the 4th spot!
Dps - Aug evoker. Havoc DH - Ranged dps. (Any DPS TBH, not picky)
We run keys nightly all week long, be social! Ask for help. We are all willing to help! We will have mythic plus nights in TWW due to mythic plus being the most efficient way to gear… we look at is as if you don’t not grind your keys, you wont get loot. This is a team effort by all 25+ people. You troll, you troll us all.

What we are looking for?
Raiders that know their class, understand that standing in (Fire, acid, voids, spikes, DEATH HOLEs, ect…) is not conducive to staying alive. Folks that have a good attitude and a drive to progress!
History:
We have been around since The Burning Crusade in 2007, Many Dragons have been punched and many long lasting friends have been made.
We have had the same raid schedule from the start, we value and respect our raiders time. So we only raid 2 hours a night, and expect our team to be logged in consumes in hand and ready to pull on time.
We have a lot fun with each other while keeping it above bar when it comes to discrimination. This guild has become more than just a group of friends playing a game and more of a family. Do we rib each other? Of course!

Mystic Dragons - Thrall US is a 2-day raiding guild (Tuesday and Thursday 8:30PM-10:30PM EST) that has been Mythic raiding since the start of Dragonflight. We have started with a casual mythic approach but have realized that we are striving for more than just casual Mythic and are aiming to achieve CE. We have an active community that participates in all aspects of the game (PvP, M+, SOD).
We understand that like many adults, our obligations prevent us from playing as much as we like to so we offer a raiding times that are shorter than most guilds, but we definitely mean business when we raid while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

No one wants to spend their valuable time helping someone who isn’t willing to help themselves.
Class Mastery and Performance - We want to ensure that our Core Raiders have achieved a reasonable level of mastery of their class/spec. Our Core Raiders should be striving to regularly improve performance.
