Returning: I'd like to play WoW via Faceroll

I’m gonna be upfront with you guys. I just like the stories and running around. But I also want to see my name in the DPS charts so I don’t get yelled at because I don’t handle stress well. I don’t have a ton of time to play and I’m not about to watch strat guides. I’m going to wait until DBM tells me to move and then I’m gonna move.

So this is what I need, a class that will allow me to play and watch pokemon journey and play the new pokemon scarlet at the same time. I just want a simple rotation and a happy life. What class is best for me? Please, I’m asking for a friend, myself. I’m my friend.

Edit: I feel like some of yall are judging me because I see people reading but not posting. So lets say I’m asking for my 7 year old child with little arms. He can’t reach many keys. Which class would be best for him to play with his face? Better?

Melee, use Fury Warrior, Ranged use Beast Mastery Hunter, but even then, there’s always more going on than just like 4 ability rotations, but these 2 are generally the simplest.

This is just a slow volume forum, so lack of responses are probably because the people who are seeing it just don’t have a good answer. There’s still a lot in the air about how things will shake out in Dragonflight.

Beast Master Hunter would be my general reccomendation. I wouldn’t call it’s rotation simple (I’m not sure that exists in modern WoW) but it is fairly forgiving. (So even random button mashing will do okay dps.) Being able to fully dps while moving (but not having the positioning requirements of melee) means a lot less brain power on positioning.

The extent of what you’re asking for is not possible unless you plan on playing solo. This isn’t the type of game you can just afk out of and play pokemon and expect to be on the charts. You can play the game in a chill way, but once you get into group content, you’re going to have to put some level of focus into it. If you don’t, people will call you out for it, or even remove you from the group. And rightfully so. Because at that point, you’re holding them back from playing the game by being “that guy” in the team.

That said, I’ll agree with BM hunter. It’s going to be the closest to what you’re looking for.
