So just came back after leaving durning classic and i have a few questions about pets if anyone can clear it up. I search a bunch of sites and it goes inbetween classic and general so i cant tell.
Is pet natural speed stat gone in war withing? If not how do you see it?
Why is the secondary pet always less health than the main or is it based on pet type.
Do pets have resitance to bleed or fear depending on the type aka mech or undead?
Is there any special way you can see indepth pet stats?
Bleed i believe no, but fear think only for specific scare beasts ability type.
Not really, as they all have effectively same stats and mostly just scale with hunter’s stats. (All of your pets will have same stats between them, as long as you don’t change your gear)
Right now all pets have the same exact everything except for family ability and family specialization.
Some pets still have different base attack speeds (rare), which does potentially affect their usefulness. I think the chimera boss in Blackwing’s Descent (Cataclysm) has a 3.0 speed (standard is 2.0) and a rare spider pet in the Molten front has a 0.5 speed.
The chimera earns more DPS via attack speed bonuses, but the spider is a menace to casters in PvP due to casting knockback.
