I am returning from a bit of a hiatus and haven’t decided what toon I want to main in TWW, so I am trying to efficiently level a few classes. I noticed on a 70 I have that I am getting a 25% xp boost in some regions which I thought was related to Dreamsurges, but when I switch to a level 60 on a different server and fly the Dragon Isles, no zone has this boost. I have been unsuccessful in finding details by Googling, but I might not be specific enough. Does anyone know what’s happening?
I think the buff you are talking about is Dreaming Winds
and at the moment, it is in Azure Span, with the Dreamsurge.
But if youe level 60 doesn’t see it there, I don’t know.
Yeah, it’s that one, and I can see it on my 70 which is weird. I am wondering if it is because my 70s are on a different server, or if I need to complete a quest chain with the 60…
I sent a Level 31 to Azure Span to check.
I looked 21 minutes ago, at 11 past he hour, and the Dreaming Winds buff was not there.
While I was here, I decided to do a couple of quests.
I look now, at 34 past he hour, and the Dreaming Winds buff IS there.
What is the diference? Beats me. Maybe starting questing?
