I think our guild sounds like a good fit for you: we’re small and tight-knit, we raid 4 hours a week (and do some M+ outside that), and our focus is on doing Heroic content, but not growing to the size of a Mythic guild so we can know everyone and have a sense of community. The guild has been around for more than 6 years, so we’re established and stable.
