I’m a returning player after about 7 years. I went to log into my account and I found all my character’s were gone and my battle.net is stuck on the starter edition. Does anyone know what might have happened. My main character was a holy paladin named Drunknsailor on Proudmoore. There were many character’s but this is the only one I care about I’ve had it since vanilla and played through legion and took a break for 7 years.
