The portal from the library was removed without a word quite some time ago. I have asked on several different forums and threads, for almost a year now, why the portal has gone with no response.
Given the length of time people have been complaining about this particular dungeon being bugged, and considering the fact that you have put mounts in this dungeon that people are farming and therefore want to clear regularly, it might be nice for something to be done about the myriad issues.
If you die in the latter part of this dungeon, it pops your corpse at the library. The dumb thing about that is, there is no way out from there now without the portal. If you aren’t going to restore the portal, at least make it so if you die you pop at the entrance or somewhere handy to an exit?
Please, do something about it.
